New Dukes season breaks the ice
The Lancaster theatre’s commitment to new drama continues with its first home produced show of the autumn – The Ockerbys On Ice.
Coronation Street writer Debbie Oates returns to The Dukes with a funny, heart-warming play about an ordinary couple, Viv and Dennis Ockerby, who win a shot at immortality thanks to cryonic freezing. Performed in The Round, and supported partly through a crowdfunding campaign, The Ockerbys On Ice runs from September 30-October 22.
