LEE Farnworth will captain the unbeaten Vale of Lune in this weekend's top v bottom clash at struggling Burnley.
Skipper Neil Bennetts's hamstring pull has not responded to treatment so Farnworth takes the armband.
Neale Foster, who took over at stand off last week when Bennetts limped off in the 10th minute, retains the number 10 jersey. Neil Hull returns
at full-back after missing two games through injury.
In the pack, A team captain Phil Watson takes over from the unavailable Gavin Barton at hooker. Lock Lee Acton makes his first start with Dan Perry on the replacements bench alongside senior club coach, Mark Sutcliffe. Carl lamb is still unavailable.
Burnley, who were formerly called Calder Vale, are still searching for their first league win of the season having gained promotion last season via the play-offs.
The last time the Vale played over at Reedley was in September 2001 when they defeated Calder Vale, 81-0 in a first round Intermediate Cup tie.
