Fire crews from Lancaster and Hornby tackle hedge fire in Caton

En route information was passed that it was a hedge on fire

The fire was out on arrival - the affected area was temperature checked to confirm no heat remained.

Smoke alarms in the property were checked by the crew and fire safety advice was provided to the occupants.

Both pumps were made available for other calls shortly after.
